All work is tailored to your specific property and requirements, making it inherently non-returnable in a traditional sense.
Deposit Policy
Initial deposits are required before commencing work on any project. These deposits:
- Are non-refundable once work has begun
- Secure our time and resources for your project
- Cover initial consultation and site assessment costs
If you cancel before any work has commenced, deposits may be refundable on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your project at any stage, subject to the following terms:
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we have started any work:
- Full or partial refund of deposit may be available
- A small administrative fee may be deducted
- Written notice is required
During Design Phase
If you cancel while design work is in progress:
- Payment is due for all work completed to date
- Deposit will be applied to completed work
- Additional charges may apply if work exceeds deposit amount
- You will receive any completed design elements
After Completion
Once design work is complete and delivered:
- No refunds are available
- Full payment is due regardless of implementation decisions
- Revisions may be available for an additional fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality landscape designs. If you are not satisfied with our work:
- Provide specific feedback during the design process
- Reasonable revisions are included in most packages
- Open communication helps ensure your vision is realized
- We will work with you to address concerns
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Submit a written refund request
- We will review within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions

- If we fail to deliver agreed services
- Unforeseen circumstances preventing project completion
