- Project timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Responsibilities of both parties
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner
- Provide access to the property for site visits and assessments
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Understand that implementation of designs is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed
Intellectual Property
All design plans, drawings, and documents created by Rangehighei remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specific project discussed. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute the designs without permission
- Use the designs for commercial purposes
- Modify the designs without our consultation
- Transfer the designs to third parties for use on other properties
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- An initial deposit is required before work begins
- Progress payments may be required at specified milestones
- Final payment is due upon delivery of completed designs
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Cancellation and Refunds

Liability Limitations
Rangehighei provides design and consulting services only. We are not responsible for:
- Implementation quality by third-party contractors
- Plant performance affected by factors beyond our control
